Living and thinking consciously is the secret to a qualitative life. When you live sincerely you cherish your own personal being. You feel fulfilled, accomplished and satisfied in life, in your relationships and in your career. I myself have been trapped in my mind for a long time without realising it. My fears and beliefs were hidden so deeply, I wasn’t conscious they were actually there, firmly in my mind. The only thing I was conscious of, was my unhappiness.

So how can we realise which hidden beliefs move us to take certain decisions and act in a certain way? How can we become aware of ourselves? The first step to take is DO that one positive and genuine thing that we deeply desired for a whole lifetime but didn’t give importance to it. Taking time for it and prioritising it, is empowering. Action liberates our mind, gives us courage, power and strength straight away. Our mind is finally free to express itself.
